If the "wanderingTraderSellsUraniumAndTitanium" config value is set to true (default value is false). Wandering traders may sell a titanium nugget for 15 emeralds each. This trade becomes locked after 3 are bought.
Titanium Nuggets can generate in chests in Ent Dungeons.
